Chevy’s midsize sedan challenges the likes of Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, and Hyundai Sonata. The Malibu does not offer modern driver-assistance features as standard, while some of its competition do offer them. The hybrid trim is powered by a 1.8-liter engine and dual electric motors for a combined output of 182 hp.
The non-hybrid trims are powered by a 1.5-liter turbo engine, while the Premier trim is powered by a 2.0-liter turbo engine.
